Shipping policy

All merchandise purchased on the Esalen Retail site will be shipped within 2-4 business days pending availability. Please note, if there is a delay due to road conditions, fires, floods, slides or other occurrences outside of our control, we will notify you via phone or email.  

We ship merchandise via UPS and offer both UPS Ground as well as 2nd Day Shipping (for an additional fee). Due to our remote location in Big Sur, California, 2nd Day Shipping can be delayed by a day, dependent on UPS Pick-up/Drop-off schedules. We do not ship internationally at this time.
